Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  2. Timeline: Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product via email or phone.

  3. How to Raise a Return:

    • Contact our Customer Support Team only.

    • Returns cannot be placed directly on the website.

  4. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, you must courier the parcel to our address within 7 working days. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

  5. Condition of Returned Products:

    • Must be in saleable condition with original folds and packaging.

    • Product must be unused, undamaged, with price tags intact.

    • Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

  6. Defect Details: If returning via email, mention all defects/complaints with clear details. Our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect and verify.

  7. Proof of Purchase: Shipping invoice or gift receipt must be included with the return.

  8. Unsealed Parcels: Do not accept packages that are torn/opened on delivery. If accepted, we are not responsible for damages.

  9. Invalid Returns: Products damaged due to improper care or usage are not eligible.

  10. Inspection: All return/exchange requests are subject to QC team verification.

  11. Mandatory Details: Customer must mention Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the return package.

  12. Courier: Returns must be sent through the company-designated courier partner only.

  • Issue a credit note/voucher (redeemable on future purchases), OR

  • Provide an exchange product (equal or lesser value), OR

  1. Courier Charges:

  • Customer bears the return/exchange courier cost.

  • If the fault is on our end, courier charges will be compensated via credit note/voucher.

  1. Rejection: If the product fails QC, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

NOTE: Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing any damages/defects to process the return.


Damaged / Defective Products

  • Do not accept parcels in unsealed or visibly damaged condition. Report immediately to our customer care.

  • Only products returned in original folds, tags, and packaging are eligible for exchange/credit note.

  • Products without original condition will not be accepted.


Product Specifications Disclaimer

  • Product details (colour, size, weight, embellishments, handwork) on the website are approximate values.

  • Returns based on these attributes will not be accepted.

  • Beaded/embroidered/sequined products may naturally lose embellishments with handling – this is not considered a defect.

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to screen resolution, monitor settings, or lighting. This is normal and not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or approved by our team.

  • In case of technical/stock issues, pochampallysarees.com may cancel the order and issue a full refund within 7 working days.

  • Customer-initiated cancellations:

    • If requested within 24 hours or before dispatch, only store credits will be issued (no refund).

    • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of pochampallysarees.com. They may be issued as:

    • Credit note/voucher OR

    • Exchange option.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days once the returned product passes QC.

  • To check refund status, customers can contact us via phone or email, and we will respond promptly.


Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction, Telangana, India, under the Indian IT Act 2002.

  • Our decision will be final in case of disputes.
