Return Policy

Pochampally Sarees believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Golden marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service number @ 09848681184

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return:
• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Pochampally Sarees or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
• Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
• For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.

Answer: All the products are dispatched within 2 days of booking the order. You can track your order’s status through your My Accounts Section.

Products can be returned for any reason below:
1. Product received by you is damaged in transit OR is defective due to our error.
2. Product received by you is of different color than you percieved it.
Note: We take utmost care to photograph our products as close to the product as we can, but note that a 5-10% variation is unavoidable due to digital image processing margin. (Any requests of return for reasons other than those cited above is purely at our discretion to accept. However, we would always be happy to help you).

We can not accept returns in the following cases:
1. Once fall & pico done or a custom blouse is stitched for you
2. Product not in its original condition or is used
3. Return requests after 7 days of delivery are not accepted
(Make sure to send us a return request email at, with your order number and the reason for return. You can dispatch the product after your return request is accepted.)

Note: You should use a trackable shipping method and if necessary insure the parcel in case of high value. You shall take the responsibility till it reaches us.

Once your return is received, you receive an email of acknowledgement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed back in the payment method used for transaction.

You can also opt for any other product of your choice in exchange, if you so wish. Late or missing refunds: We will mail you with refund transaction detail promptly. Please be aware that your refunds might sometimes take more time to reflect in your account due to posting process/schedules by various Banks & Credit card companies. We will be there always to work with you to resolve if such a situation arise. This is unlikely to happen though.
