⢠There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
⢠No cancellations are entertained for those products that theĀ pochampallysarees.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentineās Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

For any product return, taking a clear unboxing/return video is mandatory. The video must be recorded before opening the parcel, showing the courier cover, shipping label, and seal clearly, and continue without any cuts until the product is fully shown.
Only if the same product received by the customer is returned in original condition, we will proceed with a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Pochampally Sarees or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
